• Setting Fees: how to determine what you’ll charge. You can’t base your fees on what others charge – you don’t know if they are making a profit? Learn the Rule of Three and the Exact Cost Formula, and examine how you’ll charge by the product, by the hour, by the day, by the project.

• The Business Plan: what, when, and why.

• Customer Relations & Selling: how to engage clients and close sales

• Goal Setting: how to implement your ideas and avoid procrastination
