Group Facilitation Skills
Course Description:In this one-day experiential workshop that covers basic facilitation skills, participants learn how to diagnose common problems that arise in group settings. facilitate meetings, how to facilitate conferences, forums and/or meetings. Through exercises that allow participants to practice strategies, techniques and behaviors learned, they gain confidence in using facilitative techniques and facilitative language. They are given basic process tools and strategies to help them manage the group process.
