Influence Without Authority


Course Description:

Through the use of experiential exercises , this interactive full day session helps learners become familiar with available options beyond the use of direct authority. Building from an understanding of the different kinds of power and their proper use, participants develop an Influence Toolkit that can be used in a variety of work related situations with both internal and external clients. The importance of creating win-win outcomes is stressed in this workshop.
