This is practical and eye-opening workshop is designed to help staff of all ages appreciate and understand intergenerational differences. Using case studies, participants will learn how to motivate Boomers, retain Gen Y staff, accommodate differences between subordinates, give appropriate feedback, and work more productively with employees no matter their age.
