O.S.E.B. is an Employment Ontario Program and there is no charge for qualified applicants.
To qualify for the O.S.E.B. Program you must have a current employment insurance claim or have had an employment insurance benefit established in the past 3 years (or 5 years if on maternity benefits/parental leave at that time). As an applicant you are not currently working full-time and you reside in the Durham Region. Additionally, as the program is designed to help individuals launch new businesses, you must not have had started a business or be running your business before beginning the program. Details are provided at our Orientation sessions.
There is no charge for this service to eligible applicants. If you do not meet the criteria - all services listed above are available in one to one coaching sessions on a fee for service basis.
