Personal Leadership in a Managerial Role


Course Description:

This intensive interactive workshop helps Managers, Supervisors and Team Leads to identify their personal leadership characteristics and identify how their talents and abilities can be leveraged.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn both individually and as group participants through a number of exercises designed to improve inter-personal communication. A coaching model will be introduced that can be immediately applied to the current work situation to improve inter-personal communication effectiveness. Learning points will be applied and practiced in role play/simulation exercises conducted in a supportive environment.
