This workshop focuses specifically on the issue of procrastination – what it is, why it happens, the good, the bad and the consequences and most importantly, what can be done about it. Following open discussion and reflective exercises, practical strategies are offered to become more aware of and change habitual, self-defeating behavioural patterns. A debrief of the major learning and application points and the development of a “change implementation action plan” concludes the session.
