Train The Trainer
Course Description:This is a lively, one-day hands-on workshop designed to cover basic adult education principles and techniques. Design and delivery fundamentals (including presentation tips, climate setting and classroom management) are explored to give participants more confidence in front of groups. You will examine adult learning styles, earning objectives, training design and evaluation.
