Not sure about this… What’s in it for your organization?Employees will be able to use their knowledge of ‘type’ to exercise appropriate and productive ways to get along with and/or manage others. This one day program is the most effective and efficient method of creating better understanding among employees. We’ll examine how to create better work relationships with each type, how to delegate work, how to introduce change, how to best plan work for each type.
Having taken this course:Participants will have a clear understanding that not everyone is like them. As much as we don’t want to admit it we often feel our way is the better way. It is not – it is just our way. By learning the positive characteristics of other ‘types’ participants are better prepared to collaborate, resolve conflict and create a positive work environment.
