The Leader Within
Course Description:This intensive workshop is designed to actively engage participants in discovering the necessary personal and professional qualities needed to release the leader within and support the “spirited workplace.” It begins with an examination of the current operating realities and the major friction factors that deflect the alignment of purpose.
Working in small breakout groups, individuals will have an opportunity to identify the personal leadership qualities needed to support the creation of sustainable core values. They will also learn how to measure progress towards a different kind of bottom line. The day concludes with a review and debrief as well as the development of a “next steps” action plan.
