workshops are conducted with what we like to call ‘interactive’ dialogue: a conversation between presenter and audience. We create a balance between talking and listening and ensure that all points of view are heard.
We provide courses on facilitation including Group Facilitation Skills and Advanced Facilitation Skills. As well, we are available to facilitate your meetings, seminars and events. We know how to draw out the underlying point, how to ensure everyone is engaged in the conversation and when to stay with a topic and when to shift the focus.
