In 2012, we took on the challenge of creating an in-house Professional Development program at Exhibition Place and it was through this initiative that a strong relationship was formed with Essential Communications. A collaborative and client focused group, Essential Communications has made every effort to understand our culture and as a result, they’ve developed a strong understanding of our needs. The facilitators at Essential Communications are an excellent group of professionals that I would recommend to any organization. They have also been instrumental in a number of other initiatives as the need arose for one-on-one coaching, diversity training, and employee surveys/feedback.
