Course Description

This interactive workshop examines what it means to “coach” employees, and how we actually implement on the job coaching. At Essential we accumulated more than 10,000 hours of coaching with clients in a wide range of businesses - and we realize that coaching is a key contributor to improved results.

In this course we examine the difference between managing and coaching and clearly differentiate between performance coaching and other popular coaching forms such as life coaching. We establish personal leadership, commitment, full engagement and a results focus as the base line of a well coached employee, and offer case studies and role plays that allow participants to practice coaching to these standards, while at the same time dealing with practical business issues
